This consists of the material submitted by the participants in the photographic competition organised by the T.C.I. in collaboration with the Biella Section of the C.A.I. Over four hundred pictures, whose subject was the mountains in winter, were later compiled in 12 albums. The photographers, who came from all over Europe, included: Arlaud, Allegra, Franco Bogge, Luigi Borsetti, Capitani, Cibrario, De Cessole, Adolfo Hess, Kern, Meerkampfer, Paulke, Mario Piacenza, Ettore Santi, Ugo Sella, Tauber.
